Fitness Philosophy: Choosing your attitude
about reaching your fitness goals is more
important than choosing the program to
get there. Deciding to think and only speak
positively about exercise and food intake
is necessary to reach goals and requires
expelling any thoughts that are contrary.
Decide ahead of time to get back up if you
stumble. Your time is valuable. Decide to
workout hard with the time you've allotted,
as that time is getting taken away from
other important areas of your life.
