November 20X trait is Belief THS Musical Theatre to present

The Tarkio R-I School District is emphasizing the two

themes of Family and the
20X factor. The 20X factor
is the belief at all times we
are capable of 20 times more
than we are currently experiencing. The 20X factor way
of life contains five character traits. Those traits are
desire, belief, attitude, discipline and determination.
Last month, we discussed
the trait of desire. In short,
what is your why or purpose for the decisions and
actions one takes in their
life. This months character
trait is belief.
Do you have an underlying expectation that you
will achieve victory or do
you hope for it? A 20Xer is
all for hope. Hope is a semipositive view of the world,
but hope is limited. We must
develop an expectation of
victory. Develop an expec-

tation that the future we

see in our minds will come
to pass. This is speaking to
your willpower. Your desire
speaks to your why and belief speaks to your willpower. Every day when you take
powerful actions moving you
towards that why and that
purpose, you have a belief
and expectation that youre
taking the right path, youre
doing the right thing, and
you dont question it. You
dont have self-doubts, you
dont just hope. Many times
we have subterranean beliefs around not being good
enough or perhaps having
the right skill, being the
right type of person, or being
in the right place to achieve
our worthy, audacious goals.
We need to root those out
and develop certainty and
expectations that our goals
will be achieved.
