1. Mengenal pasti isu dan cabaran semasa yang dihadapi


oleh guru.
2. Membuat refleksi tentang cara-cara menangani isu dan
cabaran semasa.
3. Mengenal pasti tanda-tanda awal gangguan emosi
murid serta langkah menanganinya.
4. Mengenal pasti tekanan emosi guru serta langkah
menanganinya.
5. Menyesuai dan menyediakan diri dengan perubahan
dalam bidang pendidikan.
6. Menyediakan pelan tindakan untuk mengurus
perubahan.
Kursus ini membincangkan isu-isu pendidikan dan cabaran
semasa; tanda-tanda awal gangguan emosi dalam kalangan
murid
dan
guru
serta
cara-cara
menanganinya;
inovasi dalam pendidikan serta pengurusan perubahan.
