THE OWNER / LICENSOR have given the said SHOP premises to the
LICENSEE for business purpose only for _____________ and after
completion of _____________, the LICENSEE shall handover the peaceful
and complete possession on of the said SHOP PREMISES to the Licensor /
Owner.

License Agreement (in addition to the payment of the License fees and all
other amounts as mentioned herein and as may be intimated hereafter) the
LICENSEE has before the License commencement date Deposited with the
LICENSOR a refundable adjustable non-interest bearing Security Deposit of
Rs. ________________/- (Rupees in words __________________________
___________________________only) with the no interest bearing adjustable
Security Deposit shall retained by the LICENSOR until the time this LEAVE
AND LICENSE is valid / till the end of the LICENSED PERIOD and shall be
refundable by the LICENSOR to the LICENSEE, simultaneously against the
LICENSEE handing over the vacant charge of the LICENSED PREMISES
back to the LICENSOR in good and tenantable condition.

THE LICENSEE hereby also agree to pay the electric charges and water
charges, for the said Flat/Shop premises of the Licensor / Owner and if any
damage of loss is caused to the same and/or bills are not paid and any
expenses is incurred in said regard same shall be deducted from the security
deposit by LICENSOR / OWNER and LICENSEE agree to the same.

THE LICENSEE shall not at any time claim any right of tenancy or subtenancy in respect of the above said FLAT/SHOP PREMISE. The LICENSEE
or his legal heirs representatives shall have occupation of the said
FLAT/SHOP premises only during the stipulated and mentioned period and
thereafter they shall be trespasser to the FLAT / SHOP PREMISES.

THE LICENSEE shall keep the said FLAT / SHOP PREMISES for his own
business purpose only and not for any purpose whatsoever.

THE LICENSEE shall not allow anybody else to use the said FLAT/SHOP
PREMISES and/or any part thereof.

That the LICENSEE shall have not caused any nuisance or annoyance to the
LICENSOR / OWNER of the occupants, tenants or members of the neighbors.

THE LICNSEE shall observe all the rules and regulations and bye-laws to the
user of the said FLAT/SHOP PREMISE in premises in particulars and the
building in general.
13.
THE LICENSOR / OWNER shall not pay the refund of the above said rent /
compensation if the LICENSEE shall terminate this Agreement.

In any way jeopardizing the rights, title and interest of the Licensor /
Owner in respect of the said Flat/Shop premises.

The parties hereto voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions contained
herewith any each of them fully understands the implication of each every
causes hereinabove contained
