Spring 2014
Situation Utilize StoreFlix survey capabilities to catalog ShopRite stores
identifying those with stand-alone olive bars. Then, gather plan-o-gram
information regarding the number of pans and the retail selling price by store to be
shared with both the customer AND the client.

Strategy Three-question StoreFlix survey set up in Spring of 2014 for all

ShopRite stores.

Results In addition to providing the client with timely, visual information, the
data was positively received by ShopRite as well, as they were unaware as to how
many stores had stand-alone olive bars. Wakefern has used this information to
encourage membership to expand olive bar penetration, and Delallo has developed
and shared best-practices plan-o-grams for specific olive bar sizes.
