Excellon 5 addresses all aspects of managing dealerships and dealer networks comprehensively.

Customer Relationship Management


The CRM module manages all client interaction areas including lead management, sales
activities such as prospecting and opportunity management, sales personnel diaries, allocation
of revenue targets, quote management and reporting and analysis to track overall performance
and revenue generation.
Procurement Management
The Procurement Management system automates purchase orders, Goods Receipt Notes
(GRNs), landing costs, invoice generation, payment reconciliations, transaction reversals, parts
identification catalogues, barcode generation and integration etc.
Service Management
The Service Management module handles complete service centre management, from service
appointments to integrated claims and warranties management. It includes comprehensive
Service Centre, Workshop Management and Field Service Management capabilities.
Sales Management
The Sales Management module includes sales order management, demand planning and sales
forecasting, receipts, contracts, invoicing, taxing across multiple tiers and geographies,
discounting, warranties and AMCs etc.
Inventory Management
The Inventory Management module manages inventory across multiple branches, and provides
integrated warehouse management along with location control and stock replenishment
details. It incorporates classification tools like ABC, FSN, MSL tec., stock valuation methods
including Average, Weighted Average, FIFO, LIFO etc. and provides a comprehensive ageing
analysis.

Business Accounting
This module is integrated with other modules for automated account posting thereby ensuring
improved statutory compliance, cost reduction, significant reduction in year or month end close
time along with efficient cash and fund flow. It handles bank, cash, accounts payables and
receivables, balance sheet, trial balance, profit and loss etc.
Business Intelligence
Excellon BI provides real time access to business-critical information through the use of various
analytics and reporting tools. It gives the top management a 360 degree view of sales, services
and distribution performances, helps them improve decision making with more accurate data,
cut costs by reforming the bottleneck areas, optimize business processes and stay ahead of the
competition. We incorporate the best of Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), Data Mining,
Querying and Reporting methodologies in our BI discipline.
Dashboards:
Our data visualization dashboard gives you a real-time picture of your key performance
indicators and business metrics. The metrics, numbers and scorecards are arranged in sequence
and are targeted for a single point of view or department. It also includes a user-friendly
customizable interface and the ability to pull real-time data from multiple data sources.
Reports:
We provide customized reports for every transaction with instant drill-down to operational
data. These reports are printable in multiple formats and can be filtered to a granular level.
