Payment: 70% Advance, 20% on delivery & 10% after successful commissioning.
Tax: Above Prices are without all taxes i.e. 17% GST, 8% WH Tax & 4.5% Income Tax etc.
Delivery: Within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of advance payment.
Warranty: 3 Months system operational warranty.
System Training: Necessary System Operation Training to the Operators at site.
Validity: 15 days.

Scope of Work:
Our scope of work would be limited to following:

Supply of DSE Load Share & Synch System at Site.

Interfacing of Generators AVRs & Speed Control with DSE Controllers.
System Configuration & Commissioning at site.
Submission of Commissioning Report software configuration files of the DSE
controllers & Operational Manual.

Exclusions & Clarifications:

1. Our scope of work is limited to the supply, installation & commissioning of the above
offered system at site, any other equipment accessories required for the completion of
the system will be provided by the customer.
2. Our offer is subject to the understanding that Speed Controller (Electronic Governors)
and AVR fitted on the entire generators are compatible with DSE controllers and
suitable for parallel operation.
3. The installation of all CTs/PTs along with sensing cables up to DSE controllers will
be done by the customer.
Important Note:
Our engineering & commissioning work will start when following tasks have been done:
1. All Generators are commissioned and tested independently at 50Hz.
2. All Engine safeties of the Generators i.e. Oil Pressure, High coolant Temperature etc.
are operative.
