CERTIFICATE OF ARRIVAL / CERTIFICADO DE CHEGADA

EXCHANGE PROGRAM / PROGRAMA DE INTERCMBIO
To certify the arrival of the Brazilian exchange student at the Host University, this
Certificate of Arrival must be signed by the Coordinator of the Exchange Program (or
equivalent / higher). The student is responsible for sending a copy of this certificate by fax
to the International Affairs Office at the UFRJ, at the number +55 21 2598-1605, no later
than a week after the date of the arrival at the Host Institution. The original of this
certificate must be delivered personally at the International Affairs Office as soon as the
student returns to Brazil.
Para confirmar a chegada do(a) estudante de intercmbio brasileiro(a) Instituio
Anfitri, este Certificado de Chegada deve ser assinado pelo Coordenador do Programa
de Intercmbio (ou equivalente / superior). O(A) estudante responsvel por enviar uma
cpia deste certificado por fax ao Setor de Convnios e Relaes Internacionais da UFRJ,
no nmero +55 21 2598-1605, no prazo de uma semana aps sua apresentao na
Instituio Anfitri. O original deste certificado deve ser entregue ao SCRI to logo o(a)
estudante retorne ao Brasil.

To certify the attendance of the Brazilian exchange student at the Host Institution, this
certificate must be signed by the Coordinator of the Exchange Program (or equivalent /
higher). The original of this certificate must be delivered at the International Affairs Office
