Pursuant to the provisions of Administrative


Order No. 31 (Directing and
Authorizing All Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Commissions, Agencies, Offices
and Instrumentalities of the National Government, Including GOCCs, to Rationalize
the Rates of their Fees and Charges, Increase their Existing Rates and Impose New
Fees and Charges), as implemented by the DOF-DBM-NEDA Joint Circular No. 12013 dated February 5, 2013, the following are the new schedule of fees and
charges of the Tariff Commission as implemented on the pertinent provisions of the
Tariff and Customs Code of.the Philippines (Presidential Decree 1464), as amended,
and Philippine trade remedy laws (i.e. RA. 8800, RA. 8752, RA. 8751).

This Administrative Order supersedes Tariff Commission Administrative Order


No. 06-082, dated September 14, 2006. The new schedule of adjusted fees and
charges shall be approved by the Secretary for Socio-Economic Planning and
Director General of the NEDA, and shall become effective fifteen days following its
publication in a newspaper of general circulation and posting in a conspicuous place
in the Tariff Commission and its website.
All concerned shall be guided accordingly.
