INTRODUCTION
I glorify Allah, I ask for His help, His forgiveness and His
protection, and I thank Him for the favour He bestowed
upon me which enabled me to prepare this booklet entitled:
WHO IS YOUR CREATOR?
In general, almost all people have the conception that the
Creator does exist and that we are to worship Him.
However, the Creator to whom we are disposed to pray, did
we for a second ask ourselves:
My creator, who is he?
When we analyse the situation of people, we find that the
mass have just believed in the existence of a Creator,
without really knowing who is the Creator. Without any
doubt, this ignorance is the fruit of the efforts of the Devil,
because if a person engages himself sincerely in this search,
he will come to know who is really his Creator and will adore
Him correctly, and this will displease the Devil.
Thus, for a person not to be trapped by the devil, it is
important for him to make research concerning his Creator.
On the contrary, all those research being made on earth,
undersea, in natural environment and in the space; none of
them is as important as making research concerning ones
Creator. This is because if a person does not even know who
2

is his Creator, how can he claim to adore the Creator

correctly?
It is from this point of view that I am presenting you what
Islam says concerning the Creator, in comparison to what
some people believe, so that you may know the One who
has created you, the One who gives you food and the One
whom you are compelled to worship.
I hope that this small work brings light to your heart and
helps you become a good servant and grateful towards your
Creator.

THE CREATOR IS THE ONE WHOSE ATTRIBUTES BEAR NO

RESSEMBLANCE TO THE ATTRIBUTES OF THE CREATURES?
Islam being an authentic religion, it teaches us to believe
and adore the Creator who has only good attributes. Islam
differs from other religions whereby the Creator is pictured
as an incapable or unjust or ignorant.
Here is a brief description of how Islam views the Creator:
He is unique
Allah says: (13: 16)

[Say: Allah is the Creator of all things; and He is the One,

the Irresistible.]

He has no wife
Allah says: (6:101)

[He is the Originator of the heavens and the earth. How can
He have children when He has no wife? He created all things
and He is the All-Knower of everything.]
4

He has no children
Allah says: (112:1-4)

[Say (O Muhammad pbuh): He is Allah, (the) One. Allah
the Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need. He
begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none coequal
or comparable to Him.]

He is Self-Sufficient
Allah says: (34:22-23)

[Say (O Muhammad pbuh to polytheists, pagans) : Call

upon those whom you assert besides Allah, they possess not
even an atoms weight either in the heavens or on the earth,
nor have they any share in either, nor is there for Him any
supporter from among them.]

To Him belongs everything

Allah says: (42:49-50)

[To Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth.
He creates what He wills. He bestows female (offspring)
upon whom He wills, and bestows male (offspring) upon
whom He wills. Or He bestows both males and females, and
He renders barren whom He wills. Verily, He is All-Knower
and is Able to do all things.]

He needs no food
Allah says: (6:14)

[Say (O Muhammad pbuh): Shall I take as a Wali (Helper,

Protector, Lord or God) any other than Allah, the Creator of
the heavens and the earth? And it is He who feeds but is not
fed.]

He is All-Knowing
Allah says: (3:5)

[Truly nothing is hidden from Allah, in the earth or in the

heaven.]

He is All-Seeing and All-Hearing

Allah says: (57:4)

[And Allah is All-Seer of what you do.]

He is All-Powerful
Allah says: (35:44)

[Allah is not such that anything in the heavens or in the

earth escapes Him.]

He is not dictated by anyone

Allah says: (35:2)
7

[Whatever of mercy, Allah may grant to mankind, none can

withhold it; and whatever He may withhold, none can grant
it thereafter. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.]

He is the Most Merciful

Allah says: (7:156)

[ and My Mercy embraces all things.]

He is the Most-Just
Allah says: (18:49)

[ and your Lord treats no one with injustice.]

None can repel His punishment

Allah says: (10:107)

[And if Allah touches you with harm, there is none who can
remove it but He; and if He intends any good for you. There
is none who can repel His Favour which He causes it to reach
whomsoever of His slaves He wills. And He is the OftForgiving, the Most Merciful.]

He is the One who never forgets

Allah says: (19 :64)

[ and your Lord is never forgetful.]

He is the One who makes no mistake

Allah says: (20:51-52)

[(Pharaoh) said: What about the generations of old?

(Prophet Musa) said: The knowledge thereof is with my
Lord, in a Record. My Lord neither errs nor He forgets.]

He is the One who never gets tired

Allah says: (50:38)

[And indeed We created the heavens and the earth and all
between them in six Days, and nothing of fatigue touched
us.]

He is the One who never sleeps

Allah says: (2:255)

[Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him.]

He is Immortal
Allah says: (25:58)

10

[And put your trust in the Ever-Living One Who dies not.]

THE CREATOR IS THE ONE WHO MANIFESTS HIS EXISTENCE

IN SOME SPECIFIC PERSONS
Some people believe that the Creator comes down to earth
by taking a human form. This conception is illogical because:
Did God take birth through sexual relationship of a
couple?
Did God urinate in His clothes when He was a little child?
Did God need His mother to keep Him clean and bath
Him when He was a child?
Did God have to eat and drink for Him to survive?
Did God go to the toilet?
Did God marry a human being and fulfill his carnal
desires with this woman?
What was the nature of the child God had with His
human wife?
Did God have to sleep and take rest?
Did God become sick?
Did God have to fight His opponent to have the upper
hand?
Did God die in His human form?
Whoever ponders over these questions will see clearly that
God could not have come to live on earth as a human being.
If according to some books, we find that a human being
performed certain miracles, this does not mean that he was
God. Besides God and human beings, there are other
invisible creatures that were possibly behind those miracles.
11

THE CREATOR IS THE ONE WHO MANIFESTS HIS EXISTENCE

IN ALL CREATION?
Some people believe that God manifests His existence
through His creation. This is an illogical conception,
because:
In reality, this belief denies entirely the existence of a
Creator; if the Creator is Himself the creation, then
where is the difference between the Creator and the
creations?
The creation does not consist only of beautiful and
pleasant things, but it also has nasty and disgusting
things. Can God be those disgusting things? Is pig and its
excrement also God?
In the creation, we do not only have what is good, but
we also have very bad, immoral and unjust. Is God bad,
immoral and unjust?
God is All-Powerful. As those in whom God manifests
His existence, are we powerful?
God is the one who have no needs. As those in whom
God manifests Himself, do we have no needs?
God is He who does everything He wants. As those in
whom God manifests His existence, do we do as we
please?
If we claim that God manifests His existence through His
creations, and we find that people keep fighting on this
earth, we will have to say that God fights with Himself.
God is immortal. Are we immortals?
12

Whoever uses his mind will find clearly that this is a false
conception, because the Creator is Unique and therefore, it
is impossible for Him to be the creation.

THE CREATOR IS THE ONE WHO MANIFESTS HIS EXISTENCE

THROUGH HIS CHILDREN WHO LIVE AMONG THE
HUMANS?
Some people believe that God is the One who manifests His
existence through His children who live among the humans.
This is illogical for the following reasons:
When we say that God is Unique, it means that He has
no wife of His kind, and if He has no wife, how can He
have children?
The child of a human being comes out as a human and
the child of a snake comes out as a snake. In what form
does the child of God come out? If he is of the same
nature as his father, this implies that God is not unique,
but like him, his son also is God.
If the child of God has lived on this earth as human, the
question we ask is: who is the real parent of this child;
the human couple through whose sperm he was born, or
God?
The nature of a father is to do everything for his child to
lead an easy life. Is God the only father who likes to see
his child in difficulty on earth?
If the child of God who lived like a human, in his turn
have a child, who does the child become; the grand child
of God or simply the son of the son of God?
13

Whoever uses his mind will realize that this is a false

conception, and therefore, anytime we find that a human
being has received a great support from the Creator, it does
not become a proof to claim that he is the son of God, but
rather, maybe he is a human being whom God chose as His
messenger and He honored him through these miracles.

THE CREATOR IS THE ONE WHO MANIFESTS HIS EXISTENCE

THROUGH IDOLS?
Certain people believe that God taught us to worship Him
through idolatry. This conception is illogical because :
How can we represent the supreme Creator by a small
piece of rock?
How can we make God in the form of idols when no one
has seen Him?
How can we make God in the form of idols when God,
being the unique Creator, it is impossible for Him to bear
resemblance with any creature?
Through idolatry, instead of worshipping God, man is
worshipping what he himself fabricated. Where is the
logic in this?
An idol which a person adores; does the idol look after
the person or is it the person who has to take care of the
idol?
A motionless idol, which neither hears nor sees, what
can it possibly do for a person?
The idol which a person worship; does the idol protect
him during cyclone or is it the person who has to protect
it from the cyclone?
14

How can God be satisfied to be represented by an idol,

when anytime, anyone can simply come and break it?
How can we claim that idolatry is something right, when
in reality, one God when fabricated or drawn by
different people does not look exactly alike?
How can idolatry be good when in reality, if a person
who worship idol get lost in a forest at night, and he is
alone, with only a torch, and the torch unexpectedly
lights up an idol, he would be overcome by fear at its
sight?

Whoever uses his mind, will realize that idolatry is not the
proper way of adoring the Creator, and therefore, even if he
witnesses a miracle near the idols, it does not serve as a
proof to justify idolatry. Besides God and the human race,
there are other invisible creatures which are possibly behind
these miracles.

CONCLUSION
I hope that whoever reads this booklet, it helps him to find
the truth and to identify his Creator so that he can adore the
Creator correctly, and in return, the Creator is satisfied with
him.
