Strategic Alliance Agreement

Name and place: This Strategic Alliance is entered on November 11, 2014 By
and between Ravka Bratva and Capone Family, located at La Rose Rouge HQ
for Ravka Bratva , And [F] The Safe Place [C] for Ferreti.

Witness: Whereas Ravka Bratva and Capone wish to enter into a strategic
alliance to market and perform certain complementary business consulting
services;

Behavior action: Ravka Bratva and Capone shall allow members from the
opposite party into certain rooms, agreed by both parties above in the first
clause. No violence, nor any crude behavior will be shown within the agreed
rooms. If such members from such families, oppose such agreement rules,
immediate action should be taken by the head Man/Woman of the family that
has been represented poorly. Apologies should be issued as immediate as
possible.

IC: Ravka Bratva and Capone Will hold a first gathering where both families
will for the first time, meet in a formal and respectful manner. Rules for RP
postage, shall be discussed between those at the time. All those whom miss
the first and foremost event, will have to themselves, go into the alliance
familys room and present themselves to the members, at their own time and
accord. Respect and tolerance must be shown.

OOC: Ravka Bratva and Capone members can talk and be around each other
as they please. But all OOC drama, and disagreements MUST for the sake of
the alliance stay out of IC RP. If such drama or disagreement is brought into IC
RP both families leaders must sit down, with members of such drama or
disagreement and resolve the problem at hand. Until such problems are
solved, all RP between both families will be paused. Those who go against
such rules will be punished as seen fit by the head of his/her family.
Remember that all drama that has happened prior to the Alliance stays prior
and will/should not be brought up, unless it is to be resolved.

Information: Spies and Hitmen are not to be placed between both allied

families by a member in said allied families. The leader/s of said allied

families may agree on helping each other by spying on other families and
supporting each other. But said allied families may not ask said allied family
to spy on a family they are allied with. If a spy or hit is found out, to have
been placed by the allied family, all ties will be cut and could possibly lead to
war.

War: If one of said allied families go into war, the allied family has the option
of helping said allied family in war. But they also have the option of staying
neutral if such war is between families they are both allied to.

Any rules broken, ignored, or gone against will result in loss of alliance and
potential war, depending on matters at hand.
