We thank you for responding to our advertisement under reference for the post of
Probationary Officer (Mechanical) and invite you to appear for Written Test as under:
Date: 23.10.2011 (Sunday)
Reporting Time: 10.00 A.M.
Duration of Written Test: 10. 30 AM to 01.00 PM.
Venue: D S High School, Near Guru Kripa Hotel, Sion(West), Mumbai - 400 022
(The Nearest Railway Station is Sion(Central Railway) / GTB Nagar & King
Circle(Harbour Line)
2. You are requested to bring the following at the time of written test: a. Two Blue or Black Ball Point Pens.
b. Admit Card (placed below) duly filled along with your photograph pasted at
appropriate places along with the Call Letter.
c. Proof of Identity (Photo ID - Pan Card or Driving Licence or Election ID or valid
Indian Passport).
3. You are not allowed to carry any papers, notes or books, calculators, mobile phones or other
communication devices, laptops etc. in the examination hall. Any candidate found in
possession of such unauthorised material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is
liable to be summarily disqualified.
4. Your candidature for this test is provisional and is subject to your fulfilling the prescribed
educational and other criteria (like Age, Percentage of marks, full time regular course etc) for
the above post. In case you are not found to be qualified at a later stage of scrutiny your
candidature is liable to be rejected.
5. Please note that this letter does not constitute an offer for employment.
6. Candidates short listed on the basis of their performance in the written test will be required
to appear for interview which date will be informed to the individuals at a later stage.
