Exchange Student
Students of Ajou's partner universities who plan to attend AISS as an exchange student should be approved and nominated as an exchange student by their
home university international officer who is responsible for the exchange program with Ajou University before submitting their online application.
Students' home university coordinators then need to send their official nomination results to Ajou University via email by April 1, using the AISS nomination form
7
which Ajou University provided to its partner universities. The AISS nomination form should be sent to Ajou University by the student's home university
coordinator, and NOT by the student applying for AISS.
Please note that without the official AISS nomination results given to Ajou University by the applicant's home university coordinator, students of Ajou's partner
universities will be considered as a non-exchange student from Ajou's partner universities, and they have to pay 50 % of the tuition fees.
Fee-Paying Student
Full fee-paying individual applicants or non-exchange students from partner institutions can apply online independently. After your application is reviewed, you
will receive an email from Ajou University about the decision on your admission to AISS.
