INTRODUCTION FOR THE GUEST SPEAKER

To our dynamic spiritual director - FR. PHILIP ANTHONY DIMAGIBA, our

very energetic, gorgeous, and elegant principal - MRS. FE BUENO ALBANO, the
FEDERATED PTA OFFICERS headed by HON. GENEROSO PALOMARES,
fellow members of the FACULTY AND STAFF, parents, students, other visitors, a
pleasant morning filled with Gods blessing to one and all.
It is my distinct honor to introduce to you our esteemed guest of honor and
speaker for todays gathering. This day will be noted us to be one of those rare and
wonderful moments because of our invited guest. His name echoes the essence of
service, dedication and compassion. Allow me to introduce him by the letters of his full
name.
N stands for NOBLE

Our guest of honor and speaker exalted a character or quality that made him
unique which manifested by all his achievements in the field he had chosen.

I stands for INTELLIGENT

He finished his Elementary Education at DINGRAS WEST CENTRAL

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. His Secondary at ST. JOSEPH INSTITUTE.
His College at SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE took up Computer
Business System. As young professional he has full of dreams just like any
one of us that is why he took Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at
UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST. He took up his graduate studies at
NORTHERN CHRISTIAN COLLEGE and finished MASTER IN
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION. He decided to take the Professional Career
Service Examination and he successfully passed it. Mind you my friends,
he did not stop dreaming because he believes that to pursue a higher education
is an important weapon to become efficient and effective public servant.

L stands for LOVING AND LOYAL HUSBAND

Being a father of four equally gifted children is a glory he always keep namely
MARIONN PHILBEE M. TEJADA, NICOLETTE DOMINIC M.
TEJADA, DANIELLA AVA MARIE M. TEJADA, BEA MA. THERESE
M. TEJADA. Undoubtedly, he is a loving husband of MRS. TESSIE
CHUCHAPIN MONJE A MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST III AT
DINGRAS DISTRICT HOSPITAL.

O stands for OUSTANDING PUBLIC SERVANT

He was given a Loyalty Civil Service Award for 15 years in the service by
the CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.

T stands for TRULY GOD FEARING

Our guest speaker has endowed with Christian values. The day when he was
born, his parents see to it that he will grow and turn into a GOD FEARING
MAN.

E stands for EDUCATOR

He is indeed an educator for he had been one of the members of the

FACULTY AND STAFF OF ST. JOSEPH INSTITUTE OF DINGRAS,
INC., teaching Mathematics in the year 1986-1987.

J stands for JADE

He is a precious gem of the Municipality. He has held various positions from

being a Casual Laborer, Market Inspector I, Market Supervisor II,
Supply Officer I, Supply Officer II and General Services Officer
Designate, Administrative Officer III and eventually Municipal
Administrative V of the Municipality of Dingras.

A stands for ACCOMODATING

If there is one person that we appreciate a lot particularly St. Joseph Institute
of Dingras, INC., it could be him. Why? Because in any program or activity of
the school that needs the auditorium he is very accommodating.

D stands for DYNAMIC

He is an extra ordinary person with extra ordinary talents, qualities

A stands for ADORABLE

Our guest of honor and speaker is the son of ESTANISLAO GARCES

TEJADA AND ERLINDA MATEO VILLANUEVA. His family has
established an unblemished record in public service because of that, they were
awarded as the MOST OUTSTANDING FAMILY IN 1994. And we can say
that this family is very adorable.

He is easily one of the most recognizable members of the Municipal Government.

But more than that, I believe that he has also come to be one of our most trusted public
officials. Without any further ado, please join me in giving a warm welcome to the man I
personally admire because of his wisdom, generous heart, caring spirit and
unconquerable principle. Ladies and gentlemen, the man of the hour, our guest of honor
