Veterans honored at
West Bend ceremony
Area veterans were honored in West Bend Nov. 11 at the annual
Veterans Day celebration on the Veteran's Memorial Plaza at the
Washington County Historical Societys Old Courthouse Museum. The
event included a brief address, a moment of silence followed by sirens
and the traditional firing of three rounds by the West Bend Veterans
Color Guard and Firing Squad. The ceremony concluded with the

named to Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches
Association second team all state. Other
area representatives on the WCVA team
were Elizabeth Mavis of Kettle Moraine
Lutheran, who was third team all state.;
Carly Townsend of Germantown, who was
first team all state; and Kayla Budgins of
Germantown, who was an honorable mention all state.
Uselding was previously named Player
of the Year for the Wisconsin Little Ten
