vi. Ultimately expelling Student from the EBMS Program and FSO, without
reasonable justification or refund.
3. The FSO University Executive Leadership Team, including but not limited to the
following individuals:
a. Jon Craig, Director of Academic Success
b. Pat Bishop, Director of Graduate Program
c. Debbie Mills, Director of Student Affairs
d. Luis Garcia, Vice President, Full Sail Online
e. Dave Franko, Vice President, Academic Success
f. Christopher Marconi, Executive Vice President
g. Geoff Rogers, Executive Vice President
h. Garry Jones, President
For failure to:
i. Prevent FSO EBMS administrators from wrongfully expelling Complainant
from the University without just cause;
ii. Effectively oversee that Full Sail Universitys fiduciary duty, to deliver a real
world educational experience that is engaging and exceptional is in operation
and is substantially adhered to;
iii. Conduct a prudent investigation of Student Concerns regarding the unethical
pedagogical practices of Full Sail University Instructor, Kristin Stewart and
the aforementioned EBMS administrators;
iv. Protect Student from the unfair retaliatory grading practices of Kristin
Stewart;
v. Protect Student from the absurd actions of EBMS administrators that condone,
excuse and support Stewarts grade badgering and other unprofessional acts
vi. Prevent Full Sail University from engaging in harassing billing practices for
services not rendered.
The Basis of this complaint arises out of Full Sail University faculty member, Kristin
Stewarts actions including but not limited to the following:
A. March 10, 2014- Removing Students post from a Student Study Lounge and
replacing it with her own post next to Students photo (see Doc 1-C).
B. March 12, 2014 Stewarts Subjective grading practices unsupported with facts
(see Doc 1-H);
C. March 11, 2014 Unwarranted mean-spiritedness during live online GoTo Training
(see Docs 1-A to 1-G), these are screen shots of conversations with FSO EBMS
instructor;
D. Persistent grade harassment and intimidation:

IX. May 19, 2014 at 11:02 AM, 11:46 am & 3:32 PM, shortly after Online
Manager, Donovan delivered an email at 9:46 AM, affirming leaderships
support of FSO Instructors unfair and retaliatory grading practices
(DOC 10-A https://www.scribd.com/doc/241157910/DOC-10-Donovan-sSupport-of-Invalid-Grading), FSO Instructor unleashed two of her most
capricious and contemptible unaddressed grading tactics (DOCs 12-A & 12B) & (DOCs 13-A https://www.scribd.com/doc/240952248/Doc-13-A-PtDeductions-for-System-Errors & 13-B

a) Instructor made a 10 point deduction for an assignment that Student
submitted 32 minutes after the online deadline via email due to
complications with the newly implemented FSO Platform;
b) Instructor arbitrarily and capriciously gave Student a C+ on Students
Week 1 Blog post (DOCs 12-A

c) FSO Instructors actions were made being fully apprised of flaws and
other complications within the new FSO platform, including but not
limited to the following:
The Digital Marketing template for completing the Digital
Marketing Canvas assignment did not save Students workStudent
had to recreate the assignment three times
(i) Screenshots showing the times Students works were created
saved, recreated and saved again and again(DOCS 11-A

(ii) The final time Student created the assignment, using the template,
the document began scrolling on its own accord, Student had no
control over the mouse, Students work scrolled up the screen
vanishingthen everything was gone, right before Students eyes;
(iii) FSO Support stated that there is no way to recover Students
Devoured/Vanished original works;
(iv) Instructor failed to effectively explain how to use the Marketing
Canvas Template; After contacting FSO Support, as is required by
EBMS when assignments are delayed due to technical
complications, Student promptly forwarded the Digital Marketing
Canvas Assignment via email to Instructor on May 19, 2014 12:31

X. Students Notice to FSO Instructor of intent to escalate (DOC 14

Basis is further established by the actions and/or inactions of:
E. Full Sail University EBMS Administrators
i) Support of faculty member, Kristin Stewarts point pilfering, retaliatory
grading practices and ineffective teaching methodologies; as well as for
ii) Failing to conduct a prudent investigation into valid Student Concerns;
iii) Withdrawing Student from the University without a due process hearing;
In support of these allegations, Complainant submits:
1) April 1, 2014- From Kimberly Craft, J.D., EBMS Chairs response, it appears
as though misunderstood Students Concerns (see DOCs 2- Crafts response

2) April 15, 2014 Students Reply to Ms. Craft
(DOC 3 3C Students Reply also emailed to Debbie Mills, Director of

3) April 17, 2014 Ronald Cook, Program Director, EBMS Response to Students
Reply, wherein Director used administrative and personal evaluations to
invalidate Student concerns and states that he and Chair would have done the

6) May 15, 2014 Student informed Sean Donovan, Online Advising Manager, of
continued grade pilfering by Stewart, incorrect grade computations based on
Discussion Post Rubric, complained of Stewarts nitpicking and failure to
grade assignments timely Student demanded an investigation Documents
