KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, BENJAMIN C. ALBIOR, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a resident of
Tabok, Hindang, Leyte, for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(P5,000.00), Philippine currency, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, to my entire
satisfaction, do by these presents hereby sell, transfer, and convey, in a manner absolute and
irrevocable, unto BERNABE NEVADO, JR., of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to Sheryl H.
Nevado, and a resident of R.V. Fulache St, Hilongos, Leyte, his heirs and assigns, that certain motor
vehicle, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

of which motor vehicle I am the sole, exclusive, and lawful, owner;

That this sale includes the body of the motor vehicle only and does not include its engine.
That I hereby warrant valid title to and possession of the property herein sold and conveyed,
against all claims of third persons, and I further declare that the same is free from all liens and
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
