trees)

Promenade bench design (as per discussion with Aniket sir on site)
Temporary barrier for protection of landscape against cattle.
Grading and design of the bridge connecting the Princep plaza and the promenade along with
the total grading pattern of the slopes facing Princep plaza for laying the Bougainvillea barbed
wire fencing for phase-1 parcel boundary.
Ghat design shall be followed as per last dwg received from PBBs end. Necessary feedback shall
be provided from our end in a weeks time.

Princep:

Some of the details required are mentioned in the latest feedback plan for Princep plaza. Rest
others are mentioned below:
Fountain details to be elaborated. (Stone top to be Tan brown?, Stone faade to be Tan brown?,
Vertical edge treatment to be painted white?, Fountain inner side to be lined with Bisazza tiles?)
Princep plaza lights to be revised as some areas are not illuminated at all.

Lake parcel:

Cobble stone layout pattern required. As seen by the progress pictures, stone crete is already
underway.
Detail for the concrete water inlet pipe opening in the lake.
Road side Planting plan just outside the lake parcel (area in front of the existing schools).
Cobble stone layout at the ramp end between C1 and B1-B2 and a bollard layout for separating
vehicular and pedestrian movement.

Entrance area:

Dear Sir,
Two points to be discussed sir:
1. While capturing the Managers bungalows photographs for Mr. Ujjal with Monoranjan da, we
feel that these existing structures (refer to attached images) can be repaired and decked in
levels multi tier; which can be a solution in place of demolishing the structures first and then
constructing new ones for the new site office.
2. Today morning we had a meeting with the WTP consultant and their land requirement is coming
upto approx. 110m x 50m (5500-6000 sq.m) which is almost 5 times the size which we have
allotted for the WTP in our present master plan. Attached find the 2

We would require some offers from landscape contractors for planting creepers across all the chain link
fences across the township area. The details for the same are as follows:
1. Jaquenmoncia violecea (purple flowers) to be used for the chain link fence.
2. Antigonon leptopus (ice cream creeper, pink flowers) to be used for chain link fence.
3. Ipomea purpurea to be used for chain link fence.
