Generally flat and some rolling roads. Expect 2 baby climbs at GC. Route C should only be attempted only by fitter cyclists with some mileage under their
belt. Option B is good for a cardio workout… you will burn about 1,600calories.
Newbies* should opt for Route A & U-turn back at GC (Sg Buloh exit). Expect to be back to yr car by 9’ish…. Sooner if you cycle faster ya.Remember: this
is a self-supported ride. Roads are in good nick. Traffic: Be careful of rear traffic when turning right into Kota D’sara junction on the return leg. Cross
only when safe.
Things to observe:
• Ride single-file & offer warnings to fellow riders via hand signals
• Newbies, please stay at the back of peloton. Do NOT go to the front or middle of the peloton. Observe the technique of the experienced
cyclists & the ethics of group riding and do feel free to ask.
• New frens to PCC are always welcomed. We do ask that PCC frens who invite them to ride with them & not leave them behind. It’s always
more encouraging & fun to ride with a buddy. Ride leaders do have their hands full.
• * Newbies are assumed to be comfortable riding on our tarred road alongside motorized vehicles. This ride isn’t suitable for those not
able to ride on roads with traffic.
Things to bring: Helmet, spare tube, handpump, 2 water bottles loaded w hydrating salts & energy drink, sunblock,
sunglasses, muesli bars, some cash, handphone & a fun attitude

Weekday T + G rides
PERSONAL SAFETY
- Wear a brain bucket (yes..that’s a helmet) whenever you ride.
- Do not travel into remote areas without informing others
- Ride within your capabilities. Ensure that if you want to push your
limits, your buddies are around to support you.
- Know your bike and bring the necessary/essential spares.
SPEED
- Approach turns and bends in anticipation that there’s someone there.
- Make your presence know when approaching someone or any turns.
FUN
- You are to have loads of fun, talk lots of cog, and make good friends on
your ride.
- Develop of sense of humour. Some people say it’s good for the soul.
