they have retired : trainer, coach, not
being coach for ather country

historical contribution
- Athletes is hard pressured-job to be
productive
- During the career, athlete dont have
steady income per month
- It different with state employee
which lower pressure, but given
pension
- As form to respect given pension
Solution :
Ex-athletes are given pension by
implement model of retirement planning
few of their annual income are cut,
to be given when they have retired
They are given health insurance/monthly
expenses
By giving pension :
Ex-athletes may still contribute to national
athlete development

Definition :
Acnowledge cases of unemployment in ex
athletes, but see is not as the impact of not
given pension :
It may caused by :
- Lack of sport facility,less preparation
- Lack of planning actually
national/international athletes are paid
higher than national state employee
during their career they should save it
rather than use for inapropriate need

Juvenile = physiologically immature or
undeveloped youth (< 18 th)
Prisons =
Problem:
Increasing child (juvenile) delinquency
case, such as :
They bully friends till bleeding, They racing
on the street, Their rape their girl friends,
Their kill their friends
Root of problem:
Delinquent habit due to lack of parent
guidance, patient, educational value, etc.
Juvenile are still child which under the
guidance of their parents.
Arguments :
1. TH should prosecute parents as
responds to that case (juvenile
crimes)
- parents has responsibility toward their
children. it would be effective to Change
parents behavior toward their children
and Change the children behavior
- Parents is the one who responsible of their
children. They are the first environment,
the man and women who they imitate,
model, etc Thus the behavior of this child
is determined by how this parents

Problem:
Acknowledge the problem of rise of child
delinquency
But refuse the root of problem is only cause
by lack of internalize value from their
parents.
Maybe because this parents siability to give
money for their children education> which
supposes to government fault.
Child delinquency is cause by the external
factor, for instance friends, neighborhood,
or the lack of access of this children to get
education, counseling, etc.
Thus, punishing the parents because of
their children crimes is not appropriated,
mistargeted, and counterproductive.
Arguments :
1. Prosecuting the one who guilt (juvenile)
But still, to ended this problem, we
should help the parents to rapproach
their children, not by punishing them. By
creating every policy which help these
parents to more educate these children.
Example: Free education, add these
parents wage, etc. But yet, govt should
not punish the parents. Because the one
who has responsibility toward the society
is the govt itself. How it would be more
effective to solve the problem by by
helping the parents and give them
carrots, more than sticking them by
prosecuting.
2. Not fair to punish people because of
other fault
Sometimes parents, has done everything to
educate their children, but sometimes other
factor influence these children, outreach by
their parent. Example : Friends, School
environment, neighborhood.etc Thus this is
unfair when govt punish parents for their
children fault.
Effectiveness:
Promote children detention center secure
residential facility for youth that provide
long term care facilities & program. It held
to ensure appearance in court & protect
public safety
It is the best place to give a detention to
juvenile, where they are separated from
adults.
