with first year (post-R&D) sales of $1M. As co-founder and general counsel responsible for oversight and compliance
of all legal matters associated with company, including contracts, intellectual property, JV partnership/ Teaming
agreements and new product design.
Grew market potential by establishing key business relationships and agreements with high performing automotive
design and development leaders.
Drafted, filed and prosecuted to allowance multiple patent and trademark applications in order to protect critical
technology and intellectual property assets.
$1million in sales achieved within first year of joining company facilitating product design and development, and
product intellectual product protection in major product market.
$7 million protected in capital investments and $13 million in revenue generated in five years by negotiating
separation agreement with partner and technology and asset purchase agreement.

Developed and filed all product safety documentation with appropriate federal agencies, as well as negotiated

Earned DCMA audit acceptance to close out record covering 20-year period by maintaining open communication
and negotiating acceptable compliance standards.

company-wide enterprise software suppliers such as Microsoft, Adobe and Oracle, among others.
Delivered compromise agreement for licenses to meet OEM and FAR requirements by achieving tight delivery

outside counsel in legal actions to prevent illegal seizing of proprietary information.

$100 billion contract secured by providing legal contractual negotiation support with US Government agency when
inadvertent duplication of services and resulting budget overrun resulting in potential proposal disqualification by
