Important Instructions
1. Candidate to carry minimum two ID proof (One mandatory without which you not be appear for the test): List of ID proof
a. Driving License ( Learner license will not be accepted)
b. Aadhar Card
c. Passport
d. School/College ID
e. Voter ID
2. Candidate to carry original ID proof along with one attested photocopy, the same will be checked with original and submit the photocopy
with Admit Card. (signature of the candidate in front of Invigilator is mandatory) without which Candidate will not be allowed to take up the
test. Please note that the name entered in online application form should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. If
there is any mismatch in the name, Candidate will not be allowed to appear for the test.
3. Admit Card with photograph should be presented to the invigilator at the time of online test without which Candidate will not be allowed to
take up the test. Please sign in the exam hall in the presence of the invigilator. Please ensure that the invigilator has verified your photograph
and other details before it is collected by him/ her. Retain the counter foil of Admit Card and preserve it for future reference.
4. Candidate responses (answers) in the objective test will be analysed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong
answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores
obtained are not genuine/valid, Candidates candidature may be cancelled and/or the result withheld.
5. Candidate will be allowed to attend online test only on a single date as mentioned in the Admit Card.
6. Please key in Roll No. / Password correctly to enter the Online Exam site.
7. Check password at venue.
8. Candidate should report for the examination at the reporting time mentioned above.
9. Use of Mobile (Cell) phone, Books, notebook, calculators, watch calculators, pagers etc. is not permitted in the Examination. Any candidate
found resorting to any unfair means including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified. The candidate
should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from his/her answers.
10. The call letter should be submitted to the invigilator at the time of examination.
11. Follow all the instructions of the invigilators for logging in and taking the tests.
12. Any request for change of Centre /Venue will not be entertained.
13. Candidates applied for multiple programs will get only one admit card having single Roll No. as per the programs applied for. Therefore ensure
that all school names are displayed in single call letter.
14. The examination will be conducted online. Candidate will be required to enter User name and Password to enter the On-Line exam site. Please
ensure that Name and other details which will subsequently appear on the screen are correct. Candidate must maintain secrecy of the
username & password.
15. Candidates should put their Left Thumb Impression clearly and sign in the respective space provided on the call-letter in the presence of
the invigilator. (Ink pad will be available at center)
16. Candidate must bring a ball point pen.
17. The possibility for occurrences of some problem in the administration of the examination cannot be ruled out completely which may impact
test delivery and/or result from being generated. In that event, every effort will be made to rectify such problem, which may include the
conduct of another examination if considered necessary. Decision of the test conducting body in this regard shall be final. Candidates not
willing to accept such change shall loose his/her candidature for this exam.
18. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any
form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers
supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorised possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.
19. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) should contact the Test Centre Administrator of the test venue at least 30 minutes before the time of
examination for assistance in seating, if needed.

Note: Candidate who has been called for the online test process is requested to "Reconfirm" the eligibility criteria for the respective
Programme as per handout uploaded on the website. The eligibility criteria of any candidate if found lacking, his/ her candidature will
get cancelled and processing fees will be forfeited. If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or
the information furnished by him/her in the online registration is incorrect, his/ her application for the admission to the course, even if
selected will stand cancelled. Candidates appearing for the online test will do so at their own risk of eventually forfeiting their
admission for want of meeting the eligibility criteria.
Please note that NMIMS has full right to disqualify a candidate at any stage of admission procedure if found ineligible
as per the eligibility criteria of the program.
