- Compared to her friend Wow, Fern is weaker but more focus on the lesson
- She is not good at grammatical rules but is able to lead a speaking part without
disruptions even though her speech may not be wholly accurate.
- She is expected to receive at least 6 band score in speaking if she can keep
talking without pausing just as in our virtual speaking test.
- Shows improvement in listening as she received 31/40 in Test 4

- No motivation to study, this may be due to the fact the her friend Fern is weaker
- Even though she is better at grammar, she does worse than Fern when responding
to speaking questions in every part of the speaking test. No attempt to elaborate
her answers and try to give more detailed supporting reasons.
- Shows signs of improvement in listening, 31/40 as of latest Test 4
Solution:
- Explain the need to provide at least 3 supporting reasons for her answers
- Encourage her to talk more even for yes-no questions
