review is lead by the MDT Construction Traffic Control Engineer and can answer some of the following
questions:

Are the best possible decisions in planning, designing, and implementing our construction zones being

Are customer expectations being met with respect to maintaining safety and mobility, minimizing
business and community impacts?
Can areas for improvement be identified?
How have areas for improvement that were identified in the past been addressed?
Should policies or MDT procedures be adjusted based on what has been observed or measured?
