World Premiere!
GP Elec Levallois, the first 100% electric Grand Prix race, will take place
in Levallois, France the 4, 5, and 6 June 2010.
Monday, 14 December 2009, the City Council of Levallois
(Grand Paris) convened and voted to make public space
available to Mobygreen for the organization of the first GP
Elec Levallois.
The project organizing the first 100% electric Grand Prix
was prepared in secret over the past year, thanks to the
enthusiasm and energy of passionate men and women who
accepted the challenge.
Thus the 4, 5, and 6 of June 2010, TESLA high-powered cars
and racing prototypes of electric motorization will take their
place at the starting line for racing the streets of Levallois.
They will race a 3-kilometer course which includes 8 bends,
a tunnel, and a straight over 800 meters long. The festivities
continue, after each race the manufacturers will present
their latest innovations in electric cars and motors... tomor-
rows means of transport.
This course, in the heart of the city, will rekindle the tradition
of Grand Prix races of the past; free entry for the public. The
manufacturers will be able to show off their technological
advances by offering a free show, which is sure to be the
asphalt battle of the year.
The GP Elec Levallois integrates environmental considera-
tion throughout the event, with eco-friendly, silent vehicles.
The only sound-pollution in Levallois will be the cheers and
applause of the audience.
A true showcase of development, the Grand Prix hosts the
“Sustainable Mobility Salon” in the Hotel de Ville square.
Spectators will be able to enjoy discovering all the tech-
niques and solutions of environmentally-friendly mobility,
which will be, on both the long- and short-term, the trans-
ports of tomorrow.
GP Elec Levallois, in its open festival atmosphere will be
completely free, and will enable participants, young and old,
to become involved in the event. The numerous attractions,
activities, and educational games, raise awareness of
environmental issues and of transportation, which will be
available from GP elec : electric cart, children cars, ecologi-
cal education garden...
About Levallois: The history of Levallois is inseparable of
that of the automobile. There were carriages, then taxis,
immortalised in the First World War for having trans-
ported into the Marne region the reinforcements that
Gallieni was waiting for to counter the peak of the German
invasion. Automobile fans who invented and built cars in
Levallois, also built the Delage a la Deuch which will
remain legendary, forever etched into automobile history.
The progress in automobile production, resulting from the
sum of inventions of passionate engineers and artisans,
the big names in all things auto are at Levallois, intimately
linked to those who participate from the beginning idea to

two men: Franck Moritz, a young entrepreneur, 33 years
old, whose environmental concern is naturally part of the
business deal for him ; and Phillipe Poincloux, 57 years
