Full understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing prospective candidates to managing the
negotiation of employment offers. Solid experience in liaising with all levels of management, excellent
communication and reporting skills with the ability to strategize recruitment plans are essential for this
position.

Identify candidates through networking, job sites, advertising online and press advertising.

Participate and coordinate international recruitment events, including colleges, technical schools, and

Collaborate with management to gather input for job descriptions, administer salary plans as presented by
assigned organizational units, or gather data in support of proposals.

Keep abreast of human resources practices, current/pending legislation, and trends within the area of

POEA liaison officer process all the documents workers/applicants bound for Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UEA.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Laboratory Technician
A.
To perform testing on setting time, mortar strength & compatibility of cement with different Admixture ph,
aggregates sieve analysis, specific gravity & absorption, unit weight, and solid content.
B.
To perform other duties and responsibilities that the management might call for time to time.

Evaluate materials, conduct or facilitate the required tests in accordance with the plans and
specifications.

Analyze product failure data and laboratory test results in order to determine causes of problems and
