Full understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing prospective candidates to managing the
negotiation of employment offers. Solid experience in liaising with all levels of management, excellent

A.

Identify candidates through networking, job sites, advertising online and press advertising.

Interview and recommend placement of candidates for experienced professional/technical positions.

C.

Participate and coordinate international recruitment events, including colleges, technical schools, and
industry job fairs.

D.

Collaborate with management to gather input for job descriptions, administer salary plans as presented by
assigned organizational units, or gather data in support of proposals.

E.

Screen applicants and present candidate profiles and qualification to hiring managers.

F.

Negotiating offers of employment.

G.

Track and report all recruitment activity.

H.

Keep abreast of human resources practices, current/pending legislation, and trends within the area of
specialization.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

A.

To perform testing on setting time, mortar strength & compatibility of cement with different Admixture ph,
aggregates sieve analysis, specific gravity & absorption, unit weight, and solid content.
