1. I am writing to thank you for your health assessment report dated 7 May 2009.
2. So good was your report that within weeks the Law Institute of Victoria (on behalf of the
Legal Services Board and the Legal Services Commissioner) wrote me a short letter,
while falling short of an apology, completely withdrawing this horribly misconceived
investigation of me.
3. My accusers are now facing in-depth investigations.
4. So good was your report that in fact the Law Institute of Victoria and the Legal Services
Board and the Legal Services Commissioner unlawfully refused to provide me with a copy
of the report for, fully 5 months. They reluctantly handed me a copy last week.
5. Of course, that is nothing new. Dr Entwistle's report should have been copied to me in
September 2008 when it was written. It should have been provided to me in December
2008 – February 2009 when Ms Cressy's barrister (now facing in-depth investigations)
used it in Court against me. It was not provided to me until after you interviewed me in
May this year – and even then only with extreme reluctance by the Law Institute (on
behalf of the Legal Services Board and the Legal Services Commissioner) to obey their
lawful obligations to disclose it to me.
6. I am sorry that you found my manner 'patronising.' I am really a very humble man, full of
humility. I am just desperate for people in power (such as yourself at that interview) to

 understand the truth of what has been going on. As I say, my false accusers are now, at
last, facing in-depth investigations. Actually, having read some of your learned papers,
especially on voluntary euthanasia laws and practices where your opinions are the best
and most humane that I have read on this subject, and having read some of your
testimony in cases before the Medical Practice Board, I came to the interview holding you
in high professional regard and confident as to your professional ethics and integrity.
7. In fact, your assessment was remarkable given the one sided manner in which you were
briefed, and your residual conclusion owes mostly to the the polluting effect of Ms
Cressy's lies as channelled through to you via the unprofessional methods and standards
of David List's psychologist report and Dr Timothy Entwistle's psychiatric report.
8. I am especially grateful that you pointed out your normal, proper clinical methodology
would be to avoid relying just the interview with the reviewee – you would normally review
a credibly person who has known the reviewee for a long period and could inform you as
to his moods and personality traits over the long period. That is of course what Mr
Michael Clairbrough did, incredibly succinctly in his 2 page “family report” on my real
(Johnson) family.
9. That is one of the bigger flaws that I have protested in the reports produced by Mr List
and Dr Entwistle. Worse, Dr Entwistle diagnosed (hurriedly, understatedly but with
accuracy consistent with the February 2009 judgements of a Supreme Court Judge) that
Ms Cressy was a person well practised in deception. Dr Entwistle's diagnosis was much
stronger than Mr List's begrudging acknowledgement that she had lied to him also.
Nevertheless and in a 180 degree direction from 'proper clinical methods' you describe,
Dr Entwistle made a diagnosis of me based on malicious self-serving and criminally
defamatory lies that Ms Cressy made up about me.
10. I am especially grateful to you for noting what normal clinical procedures would have
involved. I note that of all of the mental health reports prepared in this wicked little saga
(with no criticism of your own), that only the report by Psychologist Michael Clairbrough
passed that proper clinical methodology. I bet that Greg Norman is wishing that his ex-
wife of 2 decades had any of the many nice things to say about him that my ex-wife of 2
decades has to say about me.
11. Your report does contain many mistaken descriptions of the background to Ms Cressy's
unlawful legal actions against me, which have precipitated my financial ruin, and much
emotional trauma for me, my children and ex-wife, Julie, for Ms Cressy's three children
and also for Ms Cressy herself (on account of her being shamefully exploited by “her”
lawyers for their “financial gain”. The most obvious mistake is at page 8 paragraph 3 of

 your report (under the heading 'OPINION') where you opine “In the context of a difficult
separation and custody issue...'. The reality (which is still being argued in the Courts) is
that this was a difficult custody issue, and nasty fraud and blackmail (underpinned by
other crimes such as burglary, death threats, interference in police investigations,
perversion justice, defamation, false allegations of paedophilia, sodomy etc. etc. My car
was fire-bombed in my driveway less than a week after you interviewed me (about the
time that her lawyers would have told her that her legal actions against me had come to
naught, for her (they are still chasing my remnant assets for themselves). The key point
is, there was no relationship, no “separation”.
12. In fact, the irony is that it was my rejection of Ms Cressy's surprise proposal to me in
April 2007 (she was proposing to drop one of her two boyfriends and demanding
that I move in with her, query, marry her? I don't know what else) that triggered all
of this madness.
13. I fully understand that you did not need to know too much about the source, nature and
truth of the underlying legal dispute to make your diagnosis.
14. I am very grateful that at a time when my life was under considerable attack, my life was
in the hands of a man of your integrity and professionalism. Your report exceeded all
expectations, for honesty and accuracy of diagnosis,that I could hold in the
circumstances.
15. And I thank you again for all of the above reasons.
