armor, at a range of up to 50 m.
The pistol is a self-loading blowback-operated
weapon.
The trigger assembly with an open hammer provides single- and double-action firing.
The pistol is fitted with two ambidextrous automatically released safety levers: the first one is released
when a person grasps the pistol grip, and the
second one is released when the trigger is pulled.

Assault Rifle
The 5.45mm upgraded Kalashnikov AK-74M assault rifle is designed to destroy enemy manpower

The AK-105 Kalashnikov small-size assault rifle is

designed to replace the AKS-74U in service with

Unlike the AKS-74U, the AK-105 is fitted with

and a reinforced receiver cover. The weapon is
equipped with a folding butt, made of shockresistant plastic.
The sight is of an open type. It consists of a foresight and an adjustable rear sight. The production
technology of some assault rifle parts was simplified in the course of modernisation. New mate-
rials and a special phosphate-lacquer coating on

the metal parts of the assault rifle ensure a long
service life of the weapon even in adverse weather
conditions.
The assault rifle set incorporates a magazine, an
oiler, a case with accessories and a sling. At the customers request, the assault rifle can be equipped
with additional magazines and a pouch.
In order to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of
fire at night the AK-105 Kalashnikov assault rifle
can be fitted with the 1P29 versatile optical sight,
and the 1PN51 and the 1PN93-1 night vision
sights.

Sniper Rifle
The 7.62mm SV-98 sniper rifle is designed to engage various targets at a range up to 1000 m.
The rifle is magazine-fed and manually reloaded.
It is possible to mount both Russian-made and
foreign-made sights. To mount sights, there is a
Picatinny rail on the receiver top. Standard optical
sight 1P69 makes it possible to accurately engage
targets with variable magnification within 3-10x.
The SV-98 is equipped with an open sight. The rifle
safety catch locks the trigger, inerts the sear and
prevents the rotary bolt from turning (unlocking).
The stock is comfortable for shooting both from
the left and right shoulders. The butt-stock length

is adjustable. Position of the butt plate and comb
adjusts by length and height.
There is a bipod in the forearm and a leg in the
butt-stock; adjustment of each leg is independent.
In travel position the bipod is folded into the forearm, and the rear leg - into the butt-stock, and,
thus, do not enlarge overall dimensions of the
weapon. To reduce sound blast, biowback and
flash, the SV-98 can be supplied with a tactical silencer. As for accuracy, the rifle is equal to the best
sporting guns.

The RPG-7V1 portable anti-tank rocket launcher is

designed to counter tanks, self-propelled guns, and
other armored vehicles, including those fitted with
explosive reactive armor (ERA), as well as engage
enemy manpower located behind light covers and
inside urban and rural buildings.
The rocket launcher is fitted with the PGO-7V3 optical sight, iron sights, and a bipod.
The rocket launcher fires PG-7V, PG-7VM, PG-7VS,

PG-7VL, and PG-7VR HEAT rounds, and the TBG-7V
thermobaric round. The UP-7V sight combined
with the PGO-7V3 optical sight enables the rocket launcher to fire OG-7V fragmentation rounds
and increases the effective range of PG-7VR and
TBG-7V rounds.

Laser Night Designator
The LN-1K laser night designator, complete with

night vision goggles, is intended for pointing a
weapon at a target during aiming and for use as a
light source at night.
It can be installed on AK-74, SVD and small arms
having upper mounting for one inch sights.
The principle of the designator is based on the
property of the optical system and a laser infra-
red emitter to form a small light spot on a target.

The designator has mechanisms for adjustment
in height and direction. The power of the light

The unified small arms trainer 1U35M is intended to

train the soldiers to conduct accurate shooting from
small arms: 5.45mm Kalashnikov AK-74 assault
rifle, 5.45mm Kalashnikov RPK-74 light machine
gun, 7.62mm Dragunov SVD sniper rifle, 7.62mm
upgraded Kalashnikov PKM machine gun, 40mm
GP-25 grenade launcher, RPG-7 rocket launcher,

The trainer:
provides highly efficient soldier training in weapon handling during aiming and firing from various positions without expending live ammunition. The trainer design enables the instructor to
control the trainees actions and record the firing

Using the trainer, one can gain skills in the preparatory operations for firing at different types of targets
from different positions (weapon loading, preparation for firing, aiming, prevention of tilt, smoothness of release).

The basic components of the PUS-29
The PUS-29 firing practice device is intended for

drilling firing from the RPG-29 portable anti-tank
rocket launcher without using expensive combat
anti-tank rounds PG-29V (PG-29VI).
The PUS-29 device has the same outside view as
the combat round and is composed of the dome
with barrel and the body.
Firing from the device is implemented by a special

cartridge with a tracer and electric fuze.
