Introduction:
The following feedback form is designed for regional/local trainers who have
already received the new training tools for skin, skin pathology, merchandising,
manufacturing secrets and branding from the Global Training Department of
Bioderma in Lyon.
It is intended to find out about the implementations of these tools in the different
international markets for two reasons:
1. Even though, the tools represent the vision of the Global Training
Department, It is vital for these tools to be developed and
personalised according to each market/targeted employees.
2. Having a unified message/training tool for the Brand, the skin
and Products through different markets will represent a Unified
Philosophy for Bioderma across different markets which will
strengthen the Brand Bioderma.
This questionnaire is composed of three parts:
Part I (implementers) is dedicated for those trainers who have
already started implementing the tools in their local/regional
markets.
Part II (Late comers) is dedicated for those trainers who
havent yet used the tools

the future.

could be developed? What are your suggestions? Is this only
applicable to specific level of trainees like managers, field force,
etc?
1- The merchandising module should include more advanced concepts because
most of the target audience know about the content especially for the KAMs and
the Marketing managers.

What I think is missing is modules to integrate the knowledge with the skills. For
example, to integrate the product knowledge with the selling skills, just in a way
to give the target audience (especially the Medical reps and Bas to refine their
knowledge on the practical level).
