Well for me that is the main question and reason for engaging
in this course so to explain my friends how avoid this habit and
improve their studying tectonics.

than to focus in the product that
many times looks unachivable

Its important to program your self

and a good way of doing that is to write a to do list the


night before so in the mornig you will know what to do
and you will spend less time and efort in thinking what
to do
