Chapter 1
1.1 Overview
Under one UTRAN, one ZXWR RNC can be configured with several series of data (that is,
RNC Config Set). Each series of data has one unique ID. Each series of complete ZXWR
RNC configuration data includes Ground resource data and radio resource data.
Before configuring the radio resource data, make sure that the Ground resource data has
been configured.
For details of ground resource data configurations, refer to ZXWR RNC (V3.09.30) Radio
Network Controller Ground Configuration Reference.
ZXWR RNC The operations of the radio resource configurations are shown in Table 1-1.

QoS Configuration
The flow of ZXWR RNC radio resource configurations is as shown in Figure 1-1.
Figure 1-1 Flow of ZXWR RNC Radio Resource Configurations
As shown in Figure 1-1, the procedure to create ZXWR RNC radio resource management
nodes is from up down, while the procedure to delete is from down up. That is, during the
creation, the sub-node can be created only when the father node has been created, and
the father node can be deleted only when the sub-node has been deleted.
