MANAGEMENT PLANS AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECT

Within the field of education is undeniable the importance and necessity of planning
to better guide the implementation of any activity and especially when we refer to
education. Education, as every task facing an end, should be planned to guide and
give it better rationality; to save time, resources and effort and finally, to facilitate the
achievement of planned resources, we are talking about educational projects, which
should be formulated as a solution or part of the profound changes without return,
which is living humanity end of this century, to contribute from its scope to a
harmonious, equitable and sustainable development of their students and the
communities in which they are immersed himself thus serving the region and combat
all forms of duality.
They change as the crisis of development, disparity between developed and
developing countries, problems of poverty, unemployment, underemployment, social
marginalization and environmental degradation. Therefore, research, teaching and
study should respond, adapt, but above all, anticipate, influence and guide. They
must think to provide updating and improvement of general and professional
knowledge; provide opportunities for retraining and increase and better focus its
contribution to human, sustainable development and solidarity, because in our
context, there is a need to adapt and innovate according to regions where educational

institutions are using the educational project as a practice of participatory democracy


and open, building participation in the development of every person and community.

to the specific problem raised, offer efficiency companies, ensuring timely and reliable
information for decision-making and setting strategies.

carry out the educational project.
