ABSTRACT
The college uses MS Excel, and maintains records of students, however it is not possible for them to
share the data from multiple system in multi user environment, there is lot of duplicate work, and chance
of mistake. When the records are changed they need to update each and every excel file. There is no
option to find and print previous saved records. There is no security; anybody can access any report and
sensitive data. This Talent Acquisition Online Portal is used to overcome the entire problem which they
are facing currently, and completely atomize the manual system to computerized system.
The Outcome of the Project is continuous display of shortlisted students when the company filters
according to the eligibility criteria. After this an examination on behalf of the company will be
conducted whose results would be shared with company and students.
This Talent Acquisition Online Portal provides full package to the hiring companies from short listing of
students to conducting online examination. Hence it saves time and money.
