RFID BASED ATTENDANCE SYSTEM USING GSM

ABSTRACT:
The purpose of this project is to design a automatic attendance
maintenance system with GSM interface for monitoring the each and every hour
of the student attendance using wireless rfid technology and systematic software
interfaced information system using gsm. Each student is being allotted with
each specific coded passive RFID tag, the reader with coil winded antenna and rf
section reads the coded information and transmits the same through rs 232
connector to embedded microcontroller , the microcontroller works with 11. 059
mhz speed , the serial port communication being held by using max232 ic
interfaced microcontroller89s52. The gsm module is communicated with pc by
using at commands. A feedback from system being received if the module is
being interfaced successfully.

Whenever the student enters into the college the RFID reader identifies
and sends the message to the parent of student.
