O R D E R:
In the G.O. read above, the Finance (Expr.PR&RD) Department
have issued Budget Release Order to Panchayat Raj Head of Department of
Andhra Pradesh State for an amount of Rs.47,38,06,000/- under Non-Plan
from the B.E. provision 2014-15 towards meeting the expenditure for the
months of June, July and August, 2014.

In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance
(Expr.PR&RD) Dept., Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an
amount of Rs.13,63,12,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Crores Sixty Three Lakhs and
Twelve Thousands only) to the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural
Employment, Hyderabad, of Andhra Pradesh State
towards meeting the
expenditure for the months of June, July and August, 2014 from the B.E.
2014-15 under non-plan under the following Heads of Account:Non-Plan

The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall allocate funds District-wise to the concerned as
per the Budget Release Order under the above Head of Accounts after
obtaining the due authorization from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts,
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
4.
This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PR&RD)
Department in view of the Budget Release Order issued by them vide
reference cited.
