My reply to an Aaptard who was barking about Modi gov on black money issue -

Having little knowledge about a subject and criticizing someone on its basis can be
wrong, isn't it? Let me educate you a bit, just how much I know, on the current black
money situation in India. Don't think I am getting preachy or I am infuriated with your
post - I see a LOT WORSE on twitter. And it would be nice if you read through this.
So here are some points that might be helpful
1) (MOST IMP POINT) BJP's manifesto never said it will BRING BACK black money
in 100 days, for god's sake it isn't going to a grocery store and bringing vegetables,
and BJP knows it! It said appropriate and fast action will be taken in the first 100
days itself. If you point out to me where in their manifesto they said to bring it back,
I'll stand corrected.
2) Black money has been stashed abroad for over 60 years, a majority of the amount
belongs to Cong which is the simple reason why Cong never made any effort toward
its retrieval.
3) Cong has been in power for over 60 years, and I hope you agree with me or is
there a debate on this point as well because Im a BJPtard? Because of this all the
foreign policy has been dictated by them. FACT - Ind has signed 92 pacts with
countries in regards to information transfer. 91 of these have confidentiality pacts
which restricts the gov from revealing names. Only 1, that with Romania is without
such clauses. Due to this even though Modi gov identified about 800 names, it
couldn't reveal them because countries like Germany intervened, without STRONG
proof against them names couldnt be revealed. So do you expect as an Indian and
not an AAP supporter to find proofs in 100 days???
EFFECT IF MODI GOV HAD REVEALED NAMES WITHOUT PROOF
1) US is pressurizing the world to enter into an automated information transfer with
big nations from 2015. If Modi gov would have made the names public, it would have
been barred from this system. Result? Do you know about remittances coming into
Ind from abroad? If barred from the system, gov would have to pay 30% fine/tax on
amounts coming into India under the Fatca Act, which is huge due to NRI's sending
money into Ind. If according to you and some inexperienced parties, the names were
revealed, it would cause the gov huge penalties and not enable Ind to a system that
permanently solves the black money problem.
WHAT MODI GOV HAS DONE WHICH PEOPLE INTENTIONALLY IGNORE
1) SIT on first day.
2) Switzerland agrees to give names for the first time (800) and also agrees to have
bilateral talks on black money issue.

3) Malaysia agrees for the first time to automatic information transfer.

4) Only PM to have raised black money vociferously on a platform such as the G20.
5) 800 names were given to SIT under SC in late June. Yet, SC says gov is doing
nothing, asks for the names and gives it to SIT! If this wasnt done Modi gov would
have made public the names by Dec. Now that MAY happen till next year May.
Its funny how people were deep asleep when this money was being transferred to
foreign accounts, but now that there has come a PM who promises to bring it back,
we castigate him? Isse acha to chup rehna hi tha Modiji!
We call a 64 year old PM feku who works 15 hrs a day for the nation just because he
wants to develop the country! Wow, typical Indian mentality, jab tak kuch nahi milta
ya hope nahi hoti to koi baat nahi, but jo kaam karta hai usse hi gali padti hai!
NOW ANSWER THESE QUES TO URSELF, NOT TO ME
1) Is cong entering into confidentiality pacts to save their sorry asses Modis fault?
2) Has any gov previous to this worked in this manner towards black money?
Thanks for reading (if you actually read the whole thing!). If you want to reply, please
do, Ive said all I had to say and have nothing more. Bye.
