Wearing many hats, was able to successfully help to support and maintain a production
infrastructure of more than 7,000 users, multiple group policies, Domain Controllers, switches,
routers, waps etc..
Interacted with users on a daily basis, and was able to develop an outstanding reputation within the
departments
Provided Tier 2 and 3 Help desk assistance for remote users. Would troubleshoot anything from
connectivity to trust relationship failures.
I T Contracting
2011-12
I contracted for clients such as Bank of America, Black and Decker.
Imaging and deploying around 90 Windows 7 Pcs to local and remote users.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creation and deleting of accounts in Microsoft Active directory.
The Creation of groups and group policies, then adding users to those groups created.
Proficiency OIM Monitoring system (Oracle Identity Management)
Provided In-house and remote desktop support for end users on multiple platforms: Win
XP, Vista, Mac OS 10 (6 systems total), Linux (built Linux Server), Active Directory.
Supported 80 end users remotely (VPN), 30 end users on site, on a team of one other
technician and a third party vendor for network support (3 technicians).
Worked as Server administrator on Windows 2003 and 2008 server.
Implemented a proprietary ticketing system called OS ticket to track work orders
Implemented a jabber system using open fire so internal users could communicate

Worked various contract jobs ranging from help desk for proprietary softwares to
computer break fixing.
Supported Windows 9x, NT, 2000, XP and ME. Supported Active Directory, TCP/IP, and

Trained other contractors on making batch files for mapping network drives
Configured telnet on multiple Cisco routers

Summer Internship: worked for Lancaster ISD IT, doing mostly network cable
patching and crimping. Also built computers and server hardware. Worked as help
desk for a contract with AT&T router troubleshooting.
