Taylor's Placement Centre provides advice and assistance to students on university placement to Australia,

Canada, UK as well as other countries. Placement Centre works closely with universities and Education
Centres in organizing talks and counseling sessions for students. Universities' representatives from around
the world visits Placement Centre to meet students and accept applications directly.
This guide is aimed at providing you with some useful information on the application procedures and how
this Centre can ease the process for you. Thereby, allowing you to concentrate on what is more important
now - study hard and achieve the required grades to get into a university of your choice!

REMINDERS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1) Students are advised to check the Taylor's Student Portal and Email regularly for the latest updates.

2) Please make an appointment at the Taylor's Placement Centre for the counseling sessions.
Each student is given 15 minutes for one session.
Student MUST attend the counseling session once the appointment has been made. Any cancellation made must be known
to the Advisers at the Taylor's Placement Centre in advanced.

3) Counseling sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The BUZZWORD for UCAS 2014 Entry - Subang Jaya campus is 'taylors2014'
Please apply through 'MY SCHOOL/COLLEGE' and NOT as an 'individual'.
You can start your application from July 2013 onwards

4) The Programme Office will take approximately 2-3 weeks to prepare the reference and predicted grades.
As such, please complete the UCAS online application and send it to Taylor's Placement Centre by the stipulated deadline.

5) Please inform the Advisers at the Taylor's Placement Centre once your application has been completed and submitted via UCAS
online. Overseas applicants to Cambridge must apply via UCAS and also have submitted the Cambridge Online Preliminary
Application (COPA) Form by 12 August 2013.

6) Students are responsible for their own application and MUST abide by the stipulated deadline. Taylor's Placement Centre will
NOT be reponsible for any late submission of student's UCAS application after the deadline. Students must obtain prior approval
from the Programme Office if they are submitting an application after the stipulated deadline.

7) For JUNE intake students, you are encouraged to provide a copy of your final A-level result when it is released in January
(the following year) IF you would like Placement Centre to assist you to finalize your offers earlier. However, the
universities will also be able to get a copy of your result online when it is released.
