Das Trsystem Janisol 2 EI30 WK/RC 3

vereinigt die Eigenschaften brandhemmend und einbruchhemmend
im gleichen Bauteil. Deshalb sind bei
der Planung und Ausfhrung von
solchen Tren gewisse einschrnkende
Vorgaben zu beachten. Diese betreffen
in erster Linie die Wahl der Beschlge
und Fllelemente, die Befestigung der
Fllelemente sowie die Befestigung
der Bauteile an die umliegenden
Wnde.
Die Trkonstruktion Janisol 2 EI30
WK/RC 3 wurde am Institut fr
Fenster-technik e.V. in Rosenheim
erfolgreich geprft. Damit die bei der
Prfung nachgewiesene Schutzwirkung auch in der Praxis gewhrleistet ist, sind folgende Beschlagteile

The Janisol 2 EI30 door system in

resistance class WK/RC 3 combines
fire protection and burglar resistance
within the same building component.
Because of this, there are certain
limitations when it comes to planning
and fabricating the doors. These
limitations primarily affect the choice
of fittings and infill panels, the way
the infill panels are fixed, and how the
building components are attached to
the adjacent walls.
The Janisol 2 EI30 WK/RC 3 door
construction has been successfully
tested at the Institute for Window
Technology (ift) in Rosenheim. To
ensure that the tested level of
protection is also achieved in practice,
the following fittings must be used:

To facilitate the manufacture of burglarresistant Janisol 2 EI30 WK/RC 3 doors,

we have compiled a set of comprehensive Instructions for Processing and
Assembly. This includes details of the
various operations, the cut-outs for
fittings, inserting glazing and assembly.

geben jedoch lediglich einen Einblick
in die konstruktiven Details und in die
Funktion des MehrfachverriegelungsSchlosses. Fr die Herstellung von einbruchhemmenden Brandschutz-Tren
sind sie nicht gengend. Dafr ist die
oben erwhnte Verarbeitungs- und
Montagerichtlinie bestimmt.

Der Einstand der Fllelemente im Falz
muss lngs aller Kanten mindestens
16 mm (Glasfalzspiel max. 4 mm)
betragen. Nach dem Verklotzen ist der
verbleibende Glasfalzraum mit einem
druckfesten Material (z.B. 453.071)
auszulegen.

fabrication, les usinages effectuer
pour les ferrures, les consignes de
vitrage de montage.

for Processing and Assembly. This
includes details of the various
operations, the cut-outs for fittings,
inserting glazing and assembly.
The two diagrams showing the
installation (pages 24/25w) of fittings
are an extract from these Instructions.
However, they only give an idea
of the structural details and the
functioning of the triple bolt lock.
They are insufficient for the
manufacture of burglar-resistant
doors. The above-mentioned
Instructions for Processing and
Assembly have been compiled
for this purpose.
