Solution
The SAP Internet Pricing and Configurator 4.0 (IPC) is installed in the
following steps:
1. SAP IPC Server
2. SAP IPC Web Applications
3. (optional) Product Modelling Environment
We recommend installing the SAP IPC Server first.
The Product Modelling Environment (IPC-PME) is delivered with IPC and
can be optionally installed.
Where to find the IPC installation guides
The installation is described in detail in the following installation guides:

2. SAP IPC 4.0 Web Applications Installation Guide
The installation guides can be found at the SAP Service Marketplace at
http://service.sap.com/crm-inst. On the left hand side tree, navigate to:

=> mySAP Business Suite Solutions
=> mySAP CRM
=> SAP CRM 4.0
=> General and Technical Installation Guides
Look for the documents:
"IPC 4.0 Server Installation Guide"

You can download the IPC software (beginning with SP01) from SAP's
Service Marketplace http://service.sap.com/patches. On the left hand side

On the right hand side, navigate to:

=> #OS independent

Where to find patches
Always be sure that you apply the newest patch belonging to an IPC support
package. The patches can be loaded (beginning with SP01) from SAP's
Service Marketplace http://service.sap.com/patches. There please choose:

On the right hand side, navigate to:
=> SAP Application components => SAP CRM => SAP CRM 4.0
=> Entry by Component => CRM IPC => CRM IPC 4.0
