Pharmacy Services Assistant, October 2014 present.
Currently leading a project to re-launch the in-store and online offering of the Hair Retention
service, which will involve the introduction of new IT systems, new online and in-store
material, colleague re-engagement, stakeholder management.
Daily duties involve daily financial reporting; providing analysis of financial data; conducting
price reviews; adapting the services to meet current demands; gathering insights on current
performance.
Experience in SAP Business Explorer and Excel to an advanced level.
Main duties involved taking customer calls regarding queries and appointment bookings for
the Boots travel vaccination service.
Responsible for running the booking line for approximately 6 weeks during manager's
absence this involved management of the booking line staff, and training of new staff.

Software Development Summer Internship, July 2013 September 2013.
12 week project working in a 3 man team to fully develop and test a new software update.
Experience designing and coding in teams, liaising with head office, learning and using C,
C++, Shell programming languages with no prior experience.
Main duty involved note taking for disabled students in lectures and seminars.
Provided library support and mobility assistance around campus.
Responsible for 4-star restaurant and bar service, often supervising the waiting team.
Involved in instruction and training of new staff.
Three course silver service in teams to a 4-star standard.
