At least five (5) years of working experience in the same role
With 10 yrs. experience in construction and project management
Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
Working experience in real estate industry is an advantage
Experience in HIGH RISE and MEDIUM RISE building projects
Possess good communication skills
Supervisory skills
