Assisted in English speaking classes at four primary schools in the Fang Valley region of
Chiang Mai, Thailand, instructing 80 students.
Served as a judge for regional English speaking and spelling competition.
Instructor for first and second year Middle School students, ages 12-15, at
Cheonsang Middle School while also assisting in Winter and Summer English
Camps in the district.
Prepared weekly lesson plans for 25 classroom teaching hours every week with an
emphasis on speaking and listening.
Advised the schools English Club, organizing 30 students once a week, planning
community volunteer projects with students.
Assisted in judging two separate University exit exams for new teachers, evaluating
over 50 potential teachers in the areas of English speaking and sample lesson plans.
Participated in first ever Middle School English camp for Ulsan MOE, preparing over
60 hours of lessons (in collaboration with other teachers), play performances, and

Mukdahan School while serving as the advisor for the M4 (High school Sophomore) class.

Prepared midterm and final examinations for three levels of language learners in the
areas of reading, writing, and grammar.
Worked at first ever Mukdahan MEP English Camp, supervising activities and projects
for over 100 students.

Trained new volunteers in Mongolia the technical aspects of language teaching as part of their
pre-service training in-country.
Trained 40 new TEFL volunteers three 2 hour sessions each week.
Worked closely with four host country nationals (Mongolian staff) in a fast-paced
environment to team teach 18 sessions spanning over five weeks.
Created new lessons for the Peace Corps Mongolia training, including a session on
Teaching Young and Adult Learners, and helped to modify the curriculum for TEFL
technical training.
