Personalised support is included during the whole programme.You will


start with the EML Insight Potential, a leadership competencies
assessment tool, which serves as a base to build your personal
development plan.
A complete individual debriefing of the assessment will allow you to
identify development areas and to define actions to undertake
throughout the programme. 4 key modules (as mentioned above) focus
on behavioral skills. Further educational support is constantly offered
during the programme, including the Individual Strategic Project.

INDIVIDUAL STRATEGIC PROJECT

The individual strategic project is also a major part of the EMBA.


Each participant works directly with an executive project sponsor.
The project is divided into multiple phases based on the
creative problem solving process.
This allows each participant to apply what he or she has learnt
in the classroom. A faculty member serves as a tutor and provides
feedback about appropriate methodologies and models. Finally,
each participant has to produce a Masters thesis to be presented
in front of a jury.
