The Leadership Seminar is a unique two-semester course designed to give

exceptional students the chance to interact with Texas policy makers. Even
though the course will be scheduled in each term for a 1.5-hour block, students
will not exceed the 45 hours of class time required in a three-hour course. Thus,
the 45 hours will be spread out over the entire year rather than the fall term. In
the fall term, most events will take place during the scheduled class time period.
