1.Introduction
With the development of science research and industrial production, the
technology of air cleanlness has widely applied to many industries, such
as electron ,chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, food, precise
instrument ,and meter. Meanwhile, it also becomes one of the important
measures to increase the quality of products.
2.Functions and Use:
Clean Bench is equipment that makes a partial clean air environment.
There are two types of air current: horizontal and vertical. It has applied
to semiconductor industry, optics apparatus, chemical industry,
metallurgy and some other industries. It is useful to increase the quality,
precision, stability and reliability of products.
3.Features:
1). Use of the technology of cold rolling steel duster to increase the
intensity of frame; the amplitude will reduce while operating.
2). The whole appearance pretty , generous and corrosion resistant.
3). Use of the technology of high efficient and low resistant to make
the function more stable.
4). The main engine of the equipment adopts the elasticity connection,
small vibration and low noise.

5). Use of new type UV lights without ozone ultraviolet ray,high

intensity, long life .
6). Use of ECVT adjust voltage and velocity to make use of more
convenient,
7). Use of the special air-blower, low noise, low power and it can be
used for a long time without maintenance.
8). With Spring glass door, more flexible and convenient in orientation.
9). The general design and reasonable construction distribution make
the usage and maintenance more convenient.

5. Installation
1).Because the condition of installation directly influences usage result
and life span, the device must be installed in the cleaning room or the
cleanness room that has the plastics ground (or the water mill stone
ground) and varnish wall.
2). The device should steady emplacement to reduce the vibration and the
noise when it works.
3). Airflow affects greatly the clean result. So worker takes strict
precautions against outside various high-speed current of air to
interference of operation area, such as door, window, fan, draught of
sending air, compressed air etc.
4). Power supply has special switch.

After power supply carries on with

requisition, please check the wind velocity of the operation experiments

that should over 0.3 m/s. Otherwise check again.
5). After installation, please sweep the place with vacuum or long fiber
textile that is immerse in cymene.

Control Pannel

1Switch on the power220V10%60Hz

turn on the black electrical
power on the operation panel.
2Press the LIGHT buttonthe indicator light on, fluorescent lamp on;
press the LIGHT button again, the indicator light off, fluorescent lamp
off.
3Press the UV buttonthe indicator light on, UV lamp on; press the
UV button again, the indicator light off, UV lamp off.
4Press the FANS button, the indicator light on, the fan starts and goes
into operation, press , the air velocity increases, press

, the air

velocity decreases. When the device started, the fan is on the lowest level,
one could press when necessary in order to increase the air velocity.
Press the FANS again, the indicator light off, the fan stops operating.
Usually, when users use the new equipment, because the resistance of the
new filter is very small, just the low level could meet the requirements.
But as time goes on, the resistance increases, then the users could move
to higher level to meet the requirements.

5. One could uses the buttons to control the moving of the front
glass door. Press and hold , the front glass door moves up, release the
button, the front glass door stops; press and hold , the front glass
door moves down, release the button, the front glass door stops.
Note: When the front glass door fully closed, the fluorescent lamp and
UV lamp could turn on while the fan could not. When the front glass door
opened, the fluorescent lamp and fan could turn on while the UV lamp
could not.
Remark:We can only open the lamp and UV and don't start the fan
machine when the glass door was closed .We can only open the lamp and
start the fan machine but don't open the UV.
7. Equipment maintenance
1). The key part of proper maintenance ,management and ensuring the
cleanness of working zone is building the strict regulation, and strictly
control tool, material of the usage and visitor .
2). Ensuring the cleanness of working zone, Advance 1020 minutes
before using, and notice the following:
A. Worker must wear the clean smock, hat that is made of long fiber to
wash easily.

B. Use the ball-point pen and tracing paper to write, which dont easily
suction dust.
C. Forbid to do significant action that deliver dust, such as: scratch the
head, take a step quickly etc.
D. Worker of microorganism and medicine industry must wear the
mouth-muffle, forbidding to using the steam to disinfect.
E. Dont put thing on the bench. If the article should be placed to both
ends as far as possible.
F. During operation head and hands should put in the produce leeway
side. With the special demands worker should wear the rubber gloves or
the nail sets.
J. Zero parts, materials, tool etc should be packed into the clean container.
3). Deposit appropriately the product, tool, material etc after the work,
and then stop the bench
4). Periodically carry on the function examination, such as the air velocity
and cleanliness in operation area. If discover problem, please check
immediately.

5). If the filter isnt satisfied with the usage of request, please take out it,
wash away dirt, and pack into again the frame body usage after dried in
the air. If it adheres to flush greasy dirt or damages, please replace.
6). After flushing or replacing the filter, please consider to replace
efficiently filter, if air flow doesnt increase.
7). New filter should carefully check whether exterior hurts or not. If it
has hurt, please measure whether function uses or not.
8). In bar of air without HEPA filter toward the operation area, please
stick latex sponge of the breadth 15 mms, thick 6~8 mms,

and the

length which is the same as filter in the exhaust of HEPA filter.

9). Open the safeguard-coated, and take out the filter. Then install the
new filter. At the same time, please notice as follows:
A, Check whether the specification model number fits or not, and notice
to installation of direction;
B, Compress tightly with the tight firmware, and check sealing state of
the frame.
C, pack the safeguard-coated and check:

(1) Check leak air, spark the stick that produces smoke in the intake-air
door, open the breeze machine, account with the muddy degree or
particle counter to scan. If it leaks air, please adjust again and again
efficiently the filter compresses tightly. If it still reveals, please use
Nanda701 gums to stop.
(2) Check air speed with technique of request.
10). the disinfection of UV light that of the service life more than 1200
hours, when it is over time, please replace in time.

9. Attention
1). When the equipments move, maintain, maintain, please cut off the
power source.
2). Check whether the power source fits for the request or not before
installation.
3). The power source connects a reliable ground of line necessarily.
Grounding marks are on the side of clean bench.
10. Storage and conveyance:
1). Clean work packed should store in the room which is opposite
temperature under 80 degrees, no causticity air and good-ventilation.
2). Forbid clean work upends or not put in a pile.

3). In transport process please put it with care, Forbid heavy pressure or
rain pouring.
11. Packing:
1). Over-wrap of the work set has marks as follow: Manufactory, Address,
Model number, Name, Gross weight, Physical volume, Date of factory,
Handle with care, Heading up etc.
2). Please pack with the plastics bag and put in the box with facilities of
defending tide.
