Experience
38+ years of experience performing NDT in the piping and pipe welds, cast steel valves, ductile iron
castings, and aerospace industry applications. I am certified in Radiography, Ultrasonic, Liquid
Penetrant, Magnetic Particle and Visual Testing. I have performed radiography with X-Ray, Ir192,
and Co.60 and used film as well as amorphous selenium plates and phosphor imaging plates. I have
ultrasonic testing experience on various steels and steel welds and composite materials. I am
experienced in liquid penetrant testing using visible dye as well as fluorescent dyes and techniques
such as the post emulsifiable, solvent removable and water washable. My magnetic particle testing
experience includes yokes, prods and bench techniques. I am experienced in visual testing and was
previously certified as a CWI. Past duties included performance of exams, developing procedures
and techniques, developing certification procedures, certifying technicians and auditing records
and files as well as auditing the technicians performance.
Previous certifications include an AWS CWI, EPRI Flaw Sizing and an ACCP certification in MT and
PT. I am currently a member of ASNT and an active member of the E-07 committee of ASTM.

Training
Nondestructive Level III Training Solutions
Training is provided for Level I and Level II qualification in Visual Testing (VT), Liquid Penetrant (
LP, LPT), Magnetic Particle (MT, MPT), Ultrasonic (UT), and Radiography ( RT ). This training will
meet the requirements of SNT-TC-1A, Technical Publication T9074-AS-GIB-010/271 and NAS-410.

All courses have quizzes given throughout the course and a 40 question final exam that may serve
as a general exam if permitted and approved by your Level III. If the course is given at your facility,
a complete battery of General, Specific, and Practical can be administered at the conclusion of the
course.
