Joe heads Colliers India Operations as the Managing Director for the last three years
and has achieved YOY revenue growth of greater than 50%. The credit for
successfully managing the structural transformation of the Indian business from a
geographic client management orientation to a national service line client management
orientation goes to Joe. In 2010, he has lead the Indian Operations team to
successfully re-brand itself in line with the First Service-CMN merger.
Under his supervision Colliers India has entered into 3 new markets along with
successfully managing multiple projects under the India Business Plan. In his earlier

Austrade in Singapore. Throughout his career, he has built his experience through
developing excellence in service delivery models across multiple industries like
consulting services (Arthur Andersen, Philippines), banking (HSBC, India/ London),
and software services (Blastasia, Philippines/ Singapore).
Joe holds a Bachelor degreee in Statistics, Masters in Business Management (MBA)

George brings 25 years of senior commercial brokerage, account management, and

project and facilities management experience.
During his 10 year tenure with Colliers, George has provided strategic management of all
primary services for occupiers in Asia, including office tenant representation, project
management, facilities management and sustainability services. As one of the most senior
corporate occupier services professionals in Asia Pacific, George has a wide exposure to the
industry, including close working relationships with organizations such as 3M, Adobe,
Cummins, GE, Honeywell, Orange, Tyco, Verizon and others.
George relocated to Mumbai, India as South Asia Director, Office Leasing and Integrated
Services in 2010 as part of a strategic investment plan to grow Colliers market share in this
key emerging country.
George hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, Canada and
an Executive Management Degree from Royal Roads University, Victoria, Canada.

Vikas has a long history of success in assisting clients in the sale, lease, or acquisition
of commercial real estate. As the National Director of Office Services, he is
responsible for building relationships with some of the best Multinational companies
and Indian Corporate through active presence in local markets and close co-ordination
with Colliers Overseas teams. Vikas has been one of the most successful brokers of
Colliers India and has rapidly grown to leading the Office Leasing and Sales vertical in
the country.
Vikas has more than 19 years of total experience out of which 9 years has been with
the real estate industry. He has built and implemented strategies that helped in
delivering customized solutions for office space requirements for occupiers and
tenants in India. Moreover, he has successfully delivered approximately 3 million sq ft
in office transactions in the last 9 years.
Prior to joining Colliers, Vikas was Head of Sales at a leading ISP for 4 years that
pioneered broadband connectivity in India. Vikas was also part of Xerox Corporation
for 7 years and developed sales strategies for Key Corporate and Government
Accounts.

residential on a pan India basis.
She is responsible for developing the preferred service provider status with key corporate

Suresh brings more than 17 years of successful hands-on commercial real estate
investment, finance, development, asset management, and property management
experience, both as a leader and as a strategic advisor. He also has a proven track
record of success in real estate-related private equity, investment banking, equity
capital fundraising and divestment.
As National Director of the Investment Services division, Suresh is responsible for
dealing with leading developers and institutional investors across Indian markets. He

As National Director of the Facilities Management (FM), Rajesh Shetty leads a diverse
team across India, having expertise in facilities and property management services.
Rajesh has over 19 years of experience, of which the past 15 years have been in
Facilities Management catering to good mix of local and global Clients. His initial foray
into FM involved setting up the FM business for Johnson Controls in India, followed by
heading the FM business for a large Indian FM Company, between 2003 and 2007.
Since 2008, Rajesh is heading Facilities Management Services in Colliers International

Amit is responsible for the Valuation and Advisory Services; and Research
Services. He is a member of the India National Executive Team.
With over 14 years of experience as a real estate consultant, research analyst and an
architect; he has worked on projects in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Latin America and the
USA. Amit is well versed in all major real estate sectors including residential,
commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure and retail. In addition, he has extensively advised
clients on large infrastructure projects such as railway stations, ports, airports, roads
and special economic zones (including multi-product SEZs).

surveys; annual Colliers Perception Surveys; and white papers on issues concerning
the Indian Real Estate Markets.
Amit has worked on a diverse range of high profile projects. Some of the key
assignments include advising the Ministry of Railways on real estate development for
the Modernization of the New Delhi Railway Station; bid value determination for a
leading developer for the Commonwealth Games Village, Delhi; advised the Gujarat
Government for the feasibility of setting up budget hotels across 10 cities/regions in
Gujarat; and appraised all tangible assets of Patni Computer Systems, for financial
reporting under US GAAP, undertaken for iGATE Corporation.
Amit was part of the 3 member Colliers team that drafted Guidance Notes for
Localization of the RICS Red Book for commercial and residential lending in India and
on land valuation approaches.
