What Is PMP?
The Project Management Professional (PMP) is a global professional credential awarded by
the
Project Management Institute (PMI) to recognize individuals who have obtained knowledge
and
experience in Project Management (PM).
Achievement of the PMP credential, serves as the basis from which professionals can
competently practice as a project manager, leading and directing project tasks. By obtaining
this credential, you demonstrate a commitment to the profession of project management.
To achieve the PMP credential, you must satisfy the educational and experiential
requirements established by PMI. The final step toward attaining the PMP credential is to
demonstrate the ability to apply your understanding and knowledge of project management
to situational and scenario-based questions by passing the PMP credential examination

Prerequisites
This Course assumes that participants are already aware of basic project management theory,
principles, techniques and procedures. The Course is designed to prepare the participants for
the PMP Examination and speed-up his readiness to pass the test the first time.
Certification
A Certificate of Achievement will be awarded to those who faithfully attend, participate and
successfully complete the Course.
