HT/LT Automatic Regulators

Our HT/LT automatic voltage stabilizer regulator
can overcome & control voltage fluctuation. Due to diverse
loading duties arising in transmissions and distribution
network.it is difficult to overcome & control Voltage
fluctuation. As a result of these never ending voltage
fluctuations there is frequent Tripping / Breakdown of the

HT /LT Rectifiers Units

We offer HT/LT Rectifier Units which are three
Phase transformer rectifier units with a maximum service
voltage of 35KV. They are used as network transformers in
distribution networks, normally 3 phase, We offer tailor
made rectifier unit for high tension and low tension load.
The rectifier adopts high frequency IGBT PWM modulation
technology,and use phase shift full bridge soft switch
technology.

Vacuum Pressure (VPI ) Impregnation

Transformers
The Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI)
Voltage Transformers are vacuum pressure impregnated
in high temperature polyester varnish. The system
includes total submersion in varnish under vacuum and
pressure and controlled curing using statistically process
controlled equipment to ensure consistency. The finished
coils are effectively protected against moisture, dirt, and
most industrial contaminants. VPI transformers are
suitable for use indoors or outdoors where people work
and breathe. The product has higher overload capacity,
special altitude requirements, retrofit designs and high
efficiency requirements

Earthing Transformers
We manufacture Earthing transformers that are
normally provided in 3-phase system, which is ideal for
neutral and earth fault protection.The earthing
transformer has zig-zag (interstar) winding to achieve
the required zero phase impedance. In addition an
auxiliary winding can also be provided to meet the
requirement of auxiliary power supply. ONAN /ONAF
cooling with conventional pressed steel radiators. The
range is offered as per the site requirements.

Filters and Reactors

Our Filters And Reactors essentially save power
by improving PF of the system. However harmonics are
generated in the factories due to thyristorised switching
/ motors / AC-DC drives furnaces etc.The life of capacitor
aaaais negatively impacted due to this extra harmonic
current and the PF of the system gets affected. To avoid
this one can use this harmonic filter reactor is essential.
The use of this reactor not only saves the power
capacitor but also enhances its life.

The ESP Power Transformers adopts high quality
